This comprehensive resource hub helps you find the independent, local support you or a loved one are looking for. The Addiction Resource Hub is a joint project of Facing Addiction with NCADD & Transforming Youth Recovery. Both organizations are non-profits dedicated to ending the addiction crisis in our country by providing quick and easy access to information that can transform a struggling life into a thriving life.

Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division (BHD) 24-Hour Crisis Line: This hotline is answered 24/7, 365 days a year for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis. (414) 257-7222
Wisconsin Supports Everyone’s Recovery (WIser) Choice: clinical treatment and recovery support services for County residents ages 18-59 with a history of alcohol or drug use, with priority given to families with children and pregnant women (regardless of age). Access is provided at Central Intake Units (CIU) located in the Milwaukee community, Monday—Friday, on a first come first served basis:
